NKCAA requesting vendors for the 2021-2022 LIHEAP Program

Northeast welcomes and encourages applications from anyone wishing to become a vendor. Vendor applications are now being accepted for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) that will be starting on November 1, 2021. Needed are wood, coal, fuel oil, propane, and kerosene vendors in the five-county service area of Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Greenup and Lawrence counties. Vendor agreements can be picked up at the Northeast office in Olive Hill or in any of the Northeast outreach offices.
